Service

Google Ads that capture people already looking for you.

Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, managed against leads and revenue rather than clicks and impressions. Built and run in Melbourne.

The short version

Intent is the whole advantage.

Someone typing "panel beater near me" has already decided they need the thing you sell. The only question is who they call. That is a fundamentally different job from interrupting someone mid-scroll, and it is why Search is usually the first channel we turn on and the last one we turn off.

The work is less glamorous than it sounds. Most accounts we take over are not failing because of strategy; they are failing because half the budget is going to search terms nobody read, conversions are counted twice, and nobody has looked at the search terms report in six months.

What you get

Everything under one roof.

  • Search

Tightly themed campaigns built around what people actually type, with negative keyword lists maintained weekly rather than at setup.

  • Shopping and Performance Max

Feed quality first. Most Shopping underperformance is a product feed problem wearing a bidding problem as a disguise.

  • YouTube and Demand Gen

Used where there is a real audience to build, not bolted on to spend a budget. Creative produced in-house.

  • Remarketing

Segmented by what someone actually did, so a person who abandoned a booking form is not shown the same ad as a first-time visitor.

  • Tracking and attribution

Conversion tracking rebuilt properly at the start. Everything after it is guesswork if this is wrong, and it usually is.

  • Landing pages

Built by the same team that runs the campaign, so the page and the ad are not written by two people who have never spoken.

How it runs

Four steps, in this order.

  1. 01

    Audit

We go through the existing account before quoting: wasted spend, tracking integrity, structure, and what the search terms report says you are really paying for.

  2. 02

    Rebuild

Campaign structure, conversion tracking and negative lists get rebuilt first. Bidding changes are worthless on top of bad data.

  3. 03

    Test

New copy, new landing pages and new audiences run as deliberate tests with enough budget behind each to reach a conclusion.

  4. 04

    Scale

Budget moves toward what is producing qualified enquiries. We report on cost per qualified lead, not cost per click.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

What types of Google Ads campaigns do you manage?

We manage search, shopping, display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns depending on what best fits your business goals and buyer journey.

Do you work with existing accounts?

Yes. We can audit and improve an existing account, or rebuild the structure if the current setup is wasting budget or limiting performance.

How do you reduce wasted spend?

We focus on tighter keyword targeting, stronger match-type control, quality ad copy, negative keywords, and ongoing optimisation based on conversion data.

What do your reports actually show?

We report on the numbers that matter most, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion quality, campaign performance, and the next actions we're taking.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Google Ads management is quoted per business, based on how many campaigns and campaign types the account needs. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google. Get in touch and we will give you a clear monthly figure before anything starts.

What is the minimum ad spend you recommend?

It depends on your industry, your location and what a customer is worth to you. The practical minimum is whatever generates enough conversion data for Google to optimise. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our management fee. We will give you a specific number for your market during your free strategy call.

Do we own our Google Ads account and data?

Yes. You keep full ownership of your Google Ads account, your conversion data and your campaign history at all times, including if you stop working with us.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. There are no lock-in contracts. We recommend giving a campaign at least three months so there is enough conversion data to optimise against, but you can stop at any time.
