How quickly can you start on my project?
It depends on our current workload, but most new projects get underway within one to two weeks of signing. If you're working to a tighter deadline, let us know and we'll see what we can do to fast-track things.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Absolutely. We offer ongoing support and maintenance for all our websites and software projects. For ads clients, ongoing management is what we do every month.
What's your minimum contract length for ads?
We suggest giving any campaign at least three months so we have enough data to optimise properly. That said, there are no lock-in contracts. We'd rather earn your business every month than rely on the fine print.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes! We can optimise your existing site, add new features, improve performance, or build landing pages specifically for ad campaigns. We'll assess your current setup and recommend the best path forward.
How do you report on results?
You'll get a detailed monthly report covering the numbers that matter, including leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI. We also book in a monthly strategy call to walk through performance together and agree on what's next.
